Energy Ninja Leadership Coaching provides professional Executive & Leadership coaching.

• Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to maximize personal and professional potential; it does not constitute licensed psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel.

• Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions, choices, and actions. Coaching outcomes rely on individual client commitment, and no specific personal or business results are guaranteed.

• Proprietary Content: All original website copy, graphics, branding, and proprietary frameworks—including the Regulated Leader framework—are the exclusive intellectual property of Energy Ninja Leadership Coaching.

• iPEC Attribution: Energy Leadership™, Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI), and COR.E Coaching™ (or COR.E Dynamics™) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Bruce D Schneider and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). These tools and assessments are used under license by Angie Stillitano, Certified Professional Coach (CPC), ELI Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and Certified Leadership Development Specialist (CLDS).

• All fees are quoted and processed in USD. Payment options include upfront payments, installment plans, and auto-pay options.

• Transactions are securely processed off-site via Stripe. Energy Ninja Leadership Coaching does not store or access your full financial details.

• Notice Required: Rescheduling or cancelling a session requires at least 48 hours' notice.

• Grace Policy: Active coaching clients receive one (1) "Grace Cancellation" per 3-month cycle to reschedule with short notice due to sudden sensory overwhelm, cognitive fatigue, or emergencies.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions are considered a "No-Show" and forfeited if a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.

• Termination & Refunds: Either party may terminate a coaching program with two (2) weeks written notice. Refunds are calculated by deducting rendered services from total fees paid: an Onboarding & Admin Fee ($400 USD), the ELI Assessment ($500 USD, if initiated), and completed sessions ($433.33 USD each). Settled balances are returned within 14 days.

This website is hosted on Squarespace and utilizes integrated third-party platforms including Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet, Drive) and Stripe. We are not liable for service disruptions, outages, or technical issues originating from these third-party tools.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be submitted to mediation in Ontario prior to pursuing formal legal action.
